We want you to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay in our beautiful villas and homestays. To ensure a comfortable experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review our house rules. These guidelines are in place to protect our property and create a peaceful environment for everyone.

Smoke-Free Environment: We strive to maintain a fresh and smoke-free environment for all our guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If you smoke, designated smoking areas are available outdoors. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Respectful Noise Levels: We value the tranquility of our neighborhood. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially after 10:00 pm. We ask that you refrain from loud music or gatherings that may disturb other guests.
Considerate Energy Use: To be eco-friendly and manage utility costs effectively, kindly turn off the air conditioning when you leave the property.
Adhering to Check-In/Out Times: To ensure a smooth transition between guests, we kindly request you to adhere to the designated check-in (12:30 PM) and check-out (11:30 AM) timings.
Key Care: Please treat the provided keys with care. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee as outlined in the booking confirmation. For your convenience, consider using a keyless entry system if available.
Respectful Treatment of Furnishings: We appreciate you treating our furnishings with care. The security deposit may not cover all damages. Please avoid rearranging furniture or causing any excessive wear and tear.
Clean Dishes: To maintain a clean and hygienic environment, we kindly request that you wash your dishes before checking out.
Taking Out Trash: As a courtesy, please dispose of any trash before your departure. This is especially helpful if there is a delay between check-out and housekeeping services.
No Illegal Substances: For safety and legal reasons, the possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.
